Imunoonkologická léčba NSCLC napříč stadii

Přednášel MUDr. Jaromír Roubec, Ph.D. - Komplexní onkologické centrum Nový Jičín, Plicní oddělení nemocnic Agel, Vítkovice.
Protinádorová imunoterapie významně ovlivnila léčbu karcinomu plic. Již byla publikována a stále probíhá řada klinických studií, které přinášejí nové poznatky a mění praxi léčby zejména nemalobuněčného karcinomu plic (NSCLC), a to ve všech stadiích onemocnění. MUDr. Roubec ve své přednášce na VII. kongresu ČPFS a XXXII. moravskoslezských pneumologických dnech, které proběhly v září 2024 v Ostravě, probral některé z těchto prací, jejichž výsledky vedly ke změně terapeu­tických postupů u NSCLC. Svou prezentaci doplnil kazuistikou starší pacientky se spinocelulárním karcinomem plic stadia III, u níž chemoradioterapie s konsolidační léčbou durvalumabem vedla k celkovému přežití (OS) 2,5 roku.
